<h1>CSR compliance drives corporate engagement for tribal development, prioritising capacity building, measurable impact and SDG alignment.</h1> The conference convened by IICA promoted CSR excellence for tribal development, stressing corporate compliance with the statutory CSR framework and a transition to impact-oriented engagement beyond mandated spending. Key operational priorities included capacity building of implementing agencies, strengthened CSR governance, cross-sectoral partnerships, and alignment of CSR programs with the UN 2030 Agenda. Speakers advocated targeted interventions-education, skills, health, livelihood value addition, branding and digital market access-and the use of innovation and AI to improve service delivery and achieve measurable outcomes for tribal communities.
