of <h1>Aerospace, space and defence innovation hub emerges after Rs 23,000 crore boost and AeroDefCon 2025 launch</h1> The state government said Tamil Nadu is emerging as an aerospace, space and defence innovation hub after securing Rs 23,000 crore in the Tamil Nadu Defence Industrial Corridor and launching AeroDefCon 2025 to foster investments and collaborations. The event reportedly hosted over 300 enterprises, 1,000 delegates and 8,000 B2B meetings. Officials highlighted advanced UAV systems, frontier aerospace research and global supply-chain integration, and cited that the state accounts for about 40% of national automobile exports, nearly two-thirds of the country's electric vehicle output, electronics exports of USD 14.6 billion in FY 2024-25 and over 45,000 industries.
