The government highlighted cooperative-sector reforms and targets under a 'White Revolution 2.0,' aiming to expand cooperative societies, boost milk procurement by 2028-29, establish three multi-state cooperatives for feed, waste/cow-dung management and byproduct use, and promote modern plant infrastructure, artificial insemination and related funding programs.
