<h1>Bail hearing adjourned in fatal BMW collision case as prosecution seeks phone, license checks and CCTV; Sections 281,125B,105,238</h1> A Delhi court adjourned until September 24 the bail hearing of a 38-year-old woman accused in a DHAULA KUAN BMW collision after the prosecution said investigative steps remain, including examination of the accused's mobile phone, inspection of her driving licence and presentation of CCTV footage to the medically unfit complainant. The accused is in judicial custody until September 27. The court noted police had seized CCTV footage from nearby metro pillars and disposed of a separate preservation plea. The collision killed a senior government official; FIR invokes sections 281, 125B, 105 and 238 of the BNS.
