The state commission for backward classes will compile the data and aims to report by December. Households will be geo-tagged, assigned Unique Household IDs, and ration card/Aadhaar details linked to mobile numbers; provisions include advance Asha worker visits, an online option and a helpline. The Cabinet cited Section 11(1) of the state backward-classes statute and nullified the 2015 survey.
