<h1>India-based tech company and Hungary software firm sign MoU to build sovereign human-centric AI ecosystem and Gigafactory</h1> An India-based publicly listed technology provider and a Hungary-based software firm executed a memorandum of understanding to jointly develop a sovereign, human-centric AI ecosystem under the EU-India Framework Agreement, including establishment of an 'AI Gigafactory' and contribution to an AI Roadmap. The MoU outlines collaboration on AI, generative AI, cloud, data processing and cybersecurity and envisages an integrated, transparency- and security-focused infrastructure. Legally, the agreement appears to set a strategic, likely nonbinding cooperation framework that will raise issues of cross-border data transfers, regulatory compliance with EU and Indian AI/data protection rules, intellectual property allocation and liability for AI outputs.
