The government urged farmers to upload crop-loss details from recent floods/waterlogging to the state compensation portal by the specified deadline to enable verified relief and directed district authorities to assist affected farmers. The announcement also described foreign technology-transfer efforts, plans to expand floriculture, and construction of a large horticulture market with land acquisition, project cost, current completion percentage and projected handling capacity.
