The budget includes a Rs 7,000 crore capital expenditure allocation to boost infrastructure. Officials said a roadmap has been formulated to make the state 'developed' by 2047 and that it is among the first few states to adopt such a plan in the region. The government announced 11,130 mobile phones for ICDS and Anganwadi workers and unveiled 19 development projects, including Anganwadi centres.
