Currently 78 units operate, 62 factories are under construction and 184 are preparing to start. Allocations include numerous MSMEs, large-scale projects and non-MSMEs across two industrial areas, with near-full land allotment. Announced initiatives include a 20,000 sq. ft. skill development centre in partnership with an industry body and a 50% office-rent reduction for MSMEs. The city emphasizes plug-and-play infrastructure, advanced utilities, e-governance and multimodal connectivity.
