The city has allotted extensive industrial and mixed-use land across Shendra and Bidkin to MSMEs, large-scale and non-MSME projects, combines sectoral clustering with multi-modal connectivity, and implements targeted measures-such as reduced MSME rents and a proposed Skill Development Centre-to promote inclusive industrial growth and workforce alignment.
