The Ministries of Communications and Finance authorized the releases, with the Finance Ministry issuing a Gazette notification for the coin. The initiative, advanced for two decades by a national social and cultural foundation and its trustee, will be marked by a national release ceremony to which the Prime Minister has been invited; the foundation expects attendance by spiritual leaders and other dignitaries.
