<h1>Government approves Rs 856 crore incentive for Rs 1,595 crore PCB plant with Korean partner; 75% subsidised land</h1> A state government approved a Rs 856 crore incentive package for an electronics manufacturing company's Rs 1,595 crore printed circuit board (PCB) project being developed with a Korean partner on a 51:49 equity basis; the deal includes 12.56 acres of land at 75% subsidised cost in the Naidupeta industrial area near Chennai. The plant, due by October 2026, is projected to add Rs 6,200 crore to the company's topline in FY2027 and will produce single- and multi-layer PCBs, HDI/flex PCBs, copper-clad laminates and provide EMS for sectors such as smart metering, healthcare, automotive and electric mobility.
