The visit prioritises negotiating a multi-pillar economic cooperation roadmap covering trade and investment facilitation, skills and digitalisation, sustainability, connectivity, healthcare and defence-security. Operational initiatives include a major container terminal investment, exploration of civil nuclear small modular reactors, subsea energy and data connectivity proposals, green ammonia and hydrogen export plans, and a financial data regulatory sandbox to pilot cross-border data and finance cooperation.
