<h1>State designates RCCMS as official online system for all land revenue filings, allowing electronic signatures and certified digital records</h1> A state government notification designates a centralised online platform (RCCMS) as the official system for filing and managing all proceedings under the applicable land revenue statute, permitting digital signature or other legally recognised electronic authentication. Filings authenticated through the platform are declared legally valid, enforceable and admissible as if filed physically. The system will digitise pleadings, affidavits, evidence and orders, issue certified electronic copies, provide e-service of notices, online fee payment, daily cause-lists and real-time case tracking. The revenue department head is empowered to issue implementation guidelines, SOPs and instructions including for online hearings and records management.
