<h1>Pension regulator honors 44 service providers and top banking partners as APY enrolments surpass 8.11 crore</h1> The pension regulator held the Atal Pension Yojana annual felicitation in New Delhi, awarding 44 service providers, 10 state-level banking committees, top branches and lead district managers for FY 2024-25 performance. APY crossed 8.11 crore gross enrolments as of 21 Aug 2025, with 1.17 crore new subscribers in the year, 55% female and 46% aged 18-25; AUM exceeds Rs.48,000 crore with a 9.12% CAGR since inception. The regulator praised banking, regional rural and cooperative banks for surpassing targets across categories and urged enhanced efforts from banks to improve persistency, financial literacy and achieve pension saturation nationwide.
