<h1>Government approves 'Viksit 2047' vision, growth targets, youth entrepreneurship loans, medical institute, factory hours change, IT complex</h1> The state cabinet approved the vision document 'Viksit Rajasthan/2047' and two new policies targeting economic growth, sustainability and inclusion, alongside draft proposals for three bills to be tabled in the next Assembly. Targets include a USD 350 billion economy by 2030 and USD 4.3 trillion by 2047. Measures approved include a youth entrepreneurship scheme offering loans up to Rs 2 crore with up to 8% interest subvention, upgrading the state health university into a single postgraduate medical institute modelled on AIIMS, a Rs 3,700 crore convention/IT complex, amendments to toll rules, draft changes to the Factories Act extending daily hours from nine to ten, fisheries law revisions, delimitation reports and an OBC reservation survey to be completed within three months.
