The agreement provides shared access to infrastructure and research facilities, joint events and programs, start-up mentoring, founder exchanges, and cooperation with investors and policy leaders to support commercialization and international market entry for ventures. The partnership aims to combine research commercialisation expertise with engineering capacity to scale start-ups through talent, IP, and programme capabilities.
