<h1>Research integrity and open access training partnership to boost Tier 2 and 3 institutions via RISE-UTTHAN programme reaching 5,000 researchers</h1> A government scientific advisory office and a global research publisher have entered a strategic collaboration to promote research integrity, open access, and modern publishing practices in Tier 2 and Tier 3 academic institutions through the RISE-UTTHAN programme. The initiative will deliver workshops, lectures and hands-on training across three pillars-research ethics/transparency, open science awareness, and book publishing capacity-engaging 25-30 institutions and reaching about 5,000 researchers during an initial India tour, with potential scaling thereafter. The partnership is framed to support national research policy objectives and broader development goals.
