<h1>District financial literacy camp boosts rural awareness on KYC, digital finance, fraud prevention and social security enrollment</h1> District authorities held a financial literacy camp in a rural taluka as part of a district-wide campaign mandated by central financial authorities and implemented across gram panchayats from July 1 to September 30. The initiative aimed to increase financial awareness among rural residents, women, senior citizens and economically weaker groups, focusing on KYC renewal, digital financial literacy, responsible borrowing, fraud prevention and enrollment in social security schemes such as the Atal Pension Yojana. More than 150 citizens attended; senior officials from the central bank and a public sector bank were present.
