58,213 Loans Sanctioned, 51,851 Disbursed to Micro Food Enterprises under PMFME in FY 2024-25

Two lakh micro food processing enterprises are targeted for credit linked subsidy under Centrally Sponsored "Pradhan Mantri Formalisation of Micro Food Processing Enterprises (PMFME) Scheme" in the country over a period from 2020-21 to 2025-26 with an outlay of Rs. 10,000 crores.

Recent operational metrics disclosed in a parliamentary reply report a substantial number of applications received and a material number of loans sanctioned and disbursed to eligible micro food enterprises, reflecting active deployment of the Scheme's credit-linked subsidy mechanism.
