<h1>Service Tax Return (ST 3) for July-Sept 2012 now available for e-filing; deadline is April 15, 2013.</h1> The Service Tax Return (ST 3) for the period from July 1 to September 30, 2012, is now available in a modified format for e-filing through the ACES system. Only the offline version can be downloaded from the ACES website. The deadline for e-filing this return is April 15, 2013. Assessees registered on or after July 1, 2012, must amend their registration online by updating the service descriptions to file returns. The availability date for the ST 3 return for October 2012 to March 2013 will be announced later. The deadline for Central Excise Duties and Service Tax payment is March 31, 2013.
