The initiative, created by the company's early-stage investment arm, offers financial support and industry expertise to entrepreneurs in skincare, makeup, hair care, and fragrance sectors. The program features a leading Indian beauty retailer as launch partner and has partnered with the Government of India's startup initiative through a memorandum of understanding. This year introduces a new award category specifically recognizing women entrepreneurs. Winners receive support from a prize pool of up to $500,000 across four categories, along with mentorship, brand-building support, and national visibility opportunities. Applications are open through August 2025, with finalists to be announced in September. Since 2022, the program has received over 1,500 applications from 150+ cities, with majority submissions from women entrepreneurs.
