<h1>Commerce Ministry to issue new guidelines for first-time exporters under ODOP initiative covering 773 districts</h1> The Commerce Ministry will issue new guidelines to promote first-time exporters and new markets under the One District One Product (ODOP) initiative. The Union Minister announced that 773 districts have contributed to India's economic growth, with the country expected to become the third largest economy by 2027. Over 1,200 unique products from 750+ districts have been identified across agriculture, food processing, handloom, and handicrafts sectors. The initiative has expanded internationally with ODOP walls established in Singapore, New York, Vancouver, Milan, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Japan. The second edition of ODOP Awards recognized 34 winners across districts, states, and Indian missions abroad categories.
