<h1>Government securities auction: dual issues offered via yield and price-based multiple-price auctions with non-competitive allocation and when-issued trading.</h1> Announcement of auctions for two government securities to be conducted by the Reserve Bank of India using multiple-price methods-one yield-based and one price-based-with the Government retaining an option to accept additional subscriptions. Up to five percent of each notified amount is reserved for the Non-Competitive Bidding Facility. Competitive and non-competitive bids must be submitted electronically on the RBI E-Kuber system within specified windows; auction results and payment/settlement dates are set. The securities are eligible for When Issued trading under RBI guidelines.
