<h1>State-owned construction company to redevelop iconic auditorium complex as Project Management Consultant on deposit work basis</h1> State-owned construction company signed an agreement with the National Film Development Corporation to redevelop the iconic auditorium complex in South Delhi. The company will serve as Project Management Consultant for the comprehensive renovation project on a deposit work basis. The 5.5-acre complex, built in 1982 with four auditoriums and 2,600 seats, will be transformed into a world-class cultural destination featuring performance districts, film hubs, convention facilities, and heritage galleries. The upgraded facility will expand to over 20,000 square meters with state-of-the-art infrastructure while maintaining cultural significance and green building compliance.
