The survey of 9,314 MSMEs across seven states found 81% expect revenue increases within 1-2 years, with 34% anticipating growth exceeding 15%. The study shows 51.7% of surveyed businesses are now GST-registered, indicating increased formalization. However, 84.3% still rely heavily on cash transactions for 25-100% of business dealings, highlighting the need for accelerated digitization to improve financial transparency and credit access.
