<h1>National Legal Services Authority launches 90-day mediation campaign to resolve pending cases through cost-effective dispute resolution</h1> The National Legal Services Authority and Supreme Court's committee will launch a 90-day mediation campaign from July 1 to September 30, 2025, to resolve pending court cases nationwide. The initiative aims to settle cases from local courts to high courts through people-friendly, cost-effective mediation. Eligible cases include matrimonial disputes, accident claims, domestic violence, commercial disputes, service matters, criminal compoundable cases, consumer disputes, and eviction matters. The campaign will operate seven days a week using offline, online, or hybrid methods, involving all trained mediators to promote mediation as an efficient dispute resolution mechanism.
