The domestic conglomerate contributed Rs 3,224.82 crore while the Singapore carrier invested Rs 6,333.18 crore following a merger with a joint venture airline in November 2024, giving the foreign carrier a 25.1% stake. The funding supports capital expenditure and growth initiatives as part of a five-year transformation plan. The airline group reported losses of Rs 8,033.1 crore against revenues of Rs 56,366.8 crore for nine months ending December 2024.
