Key measures include targeting 104 stations for cleanliness improvements, extending bio-toilets on trains, and increasing mechanized cleaning at platforms. The On Board Housekeeping Scheme and Clean Train Stations will be expanded, along with ticketing systems like UTS and ATVMs. Six new Rail Neer bottling plants are planned, and a pilot project will allow passengers to contact staff for cleanliness issues. Additional mechanized laundries, electronic information boards, free Wi-Fi on trains, and the upgrading of 60 more stations to Adarsh Stations are also proposed. Voluntary organizations will assist with first aid services at stations.
