<h1>Railways Introduces Azadi Express for Youth to Explore Freedom Movement Sites with Affordable Fares.</h1> The Minister of Railways announced the introduction of the Azadi Express, an educational tourist train aimed at enabling youth to visit significant sites related to the freedom movement. The train will offer concessional fares to make it affordable. As part of the Railway Budget for 2013-14, additional initiatives include expanding Executive Lounges to seven more stations and launching a multi-modal travel package in collaboration with the Jammu Kashmir State Government. The feasibility of issuing yatra parchis for pilgrims traveling to Katra is also being explored in coordination with the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board.
