<h1>Cabinet Committee Raises 2013 MSP for Milling Copra to Rs.5350 and Ball Copra to Rs.5500 to Boost Cultivation.</h1> The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has approved the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for the 2013 season for Fair Average Quality of Milling Copra at Rs.5350 per quintal and Ball Copra at Rs.5500 per quintal, marking an increase of Rs.150 per quintal from the previous season. This hike aims to incentivize farmers to invest more in coconut cultivation, enhancing production and productivity. The National Agricultural Cooperative Marketing Federation of India Ltd. (NAFED) will continue as the nodal agency for price support operations at these MSPs in coconut-growing states.
