<h1>TRAI Extends Deadline for Stakeholder Comments on AGR Definition Consultation to January 31, 2013; Counter Comments Due February 7, 2013.</h1> The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline for stakeholders to submit comments on its consultation paper regarding the definition of Adjusted Gross Revenue (AGR) in license agreements for internet services and the minimum presumptive AGR. Initially set for 18th January 2013, the new deadline for written comments is now 31st January 2013, with counter comments due by 7th February 2013. Stakeholders are encouraged to submit their feedback electronically to the designated TRAI advisors. All submissions will be made available on the TRAI website.
