The following Bills, after having received the assent of the President on 3rd January 2013, have been published as corresponding Acts in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-1, dated the 4th January, 2013:
1. The Enforcement of Security Interest and Recovery of Debts Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2012 as Act No. 1 of 2013;
2. The Prevention of Money-Laundering (Amendment) Bill, 2012 as Act No. 2 of 2013; and
3. The Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Amendment Bill, 2012 as Act No. 3 of 2013. \
Also, the Banking Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2012, which received the assent of the President on 5th January, 2013, has been published as the corresponding Act in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-1, dated the 7th January, 2013 as Act No. 4 of 2013.
