of <h1>Natural Farming Boost: Government Procures Wheat and Turmeric from Local Farmers at Guaranteed Prices to Support Sustainable Agriculture</h1> State government initiates procurement of wheat and turmeric from natural farming in Himachal Pradesh. Starting May 15, the state will purchase wheat at Rs 60 per kg and turmeric at Rs 90 per kg through 22 and 10 collection centers respectively. Approximately 213.43 metric tonnes of wheat from 1,001 farmers and 17.41 metric tonnes of turmeric from 75 farmers will be procured to encourage sustainable agricultural practices.
