of <h1>Faster Industrial Production Index: MoSPI Cuts Release Timeline to 28 Days, Streamlines Monthly Economic Reporting</h1> The Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation (MoSPI) will reduce the timeline for releasing the Index of Industrial Production (IIP) from 42 to 28 days starting April 2025. The monthly index will be published on the 28th at 4:00 PM, with only two estimates (Quick and Final) instead of three. This change follows a committee review and aims to improve data dissemination efficiency while maintaining quality and meeting international standards.
