The university will offer degree, distance and e learning programmes, develop sector specific Schools of Excellence, build capacity among employees and board members, and unify and enhance existing cooperative training institutes into a coordinated nationwide system to ensure a steady supply of trained personnel for managerial, technical and operational roles in cooperatives.
