The pact's scope also encompasses defence industrial collaboration, agricultural cooperation for food security, health-sector linkages, and law-enforcement cooperation against organised crime and terrorism, alongside cultural exchange, visa simplification, and increased student mobility, with parallel support for multilateral institutional reform and dialogue-based dispute resolution.
