The highest international offer was Rs 1.1 crore annually, while the highest domestic package was Rs 75 lakh. Despite challenging market conditions, the median salary was Rs 29 lakh per annum. Consulting, BFSI, and Sales and Marketing were the top recruitment domains. Notable recruiters included Accenture Strategy, BCG, and PwC India. The placement season saw 34.17% of students receiving pre-placement offers, highlighting their strong internship performances. The XLRI Director praised the students' achievements and adaptability.
