The Department of Trade and Taxes has introduced the facility for online issue of Central Declaration Forms ‘C’, ‘F’ and ‘H’ on the website of the Department www.dvat.gov.in. This is a fully automated facility with no human interface required from the Department side. Delhi is the first State in the Country to introduce such facility for the business community.

The Dealers can now log in to the website with their TIN and password, submit requisition for Central Declaration Forms ‘C’, ‘F’ and ‘H’ online and immediately after submission of requisition, download and print the Central Declaration Forms requisitioned.

The Department has requested all Dealers to use this online facility for obtaining Central Declaration Forms ‘C’, ‘F’ and ‘H’ for the year 2012-13 onwards.

Online issuance of Central Declaration Forms enables immediate requisition, download and printing through dealer TIN/password authentication. An online facility now enables electronic issuance of Central Declaration Forms C, F and H via the Department of Trade and Taxes website. Registered dealers authenticate with their TIN and password, submit an online requisition and may immediately download and print the requested forms; the system is fully automated with no departmental human interface and is promoted for dealer use for the specified year.
