This platform, which builds upon the earlier e-BKray system, features automated KYC, secure payment gateways, and bank-verified property titles. It provides a user-friendly interface for property listings and auctions, ensuring fair pricing and maximum value. All 12 PSBs and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India are utilizing this platform to streamline property auctions across India, as announced by the Ministry of Finance.
