<h1>India Approves Nine Major Road Projects Across Four States, Allocates Rs. 2,295 Crores in Viability Gap Funding.</h1> Nine road projects spanning 1,226.115 kilometers across Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Bihar have been approved with a total project cost of Rs. 11,596.84 crores. These projects will receive Rs. 2,295.06 crores in Viability Gap Funding under the Scheme for Financial Support to Public Private Partnership in Infrastructure. The projects are in advanced stages of bidding or construction, with the Government of India expected to disburse approximately Rs. 500 crores during the 2012-13 financial year.
