ONGC-NTPC Green, a joint venture between ONGC Green and NTPC Green Energy Ltd, aims to acquire a 100% equity stake in Ayana. This transaction marks the second largest deal in the renewable energy sector, following Adani Green Energy's acquisition of SB Energy India in 2021. Ayana operates a renewable energy platform with approximately 4.1 GW of assets in various resource-rich states.
