Total receipts are estimated at Rs 30,415 crore, with revenue at Rs 25,591 crore and capital receipts at Rs 14,324 crore. The budget includes a Rs 6,000 scholarship for post-matric students, benefiting over 80,000 youths. The climate budget is Rs 5,421 crore, youth budget Rs 3,329 crore, and gender budget Rs 6,219 crore. The state's tax revenue rose to Rs 4,041 crore, a threefold increase since 2017-18.
