E-SERVICES
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has implemented MCA21 project- a major e-Governance Initiative covering all aspects of incorporation and regulation of companies as defined under the Companies Act, through its e-Governance portal namely www.mca.gov.in. The ministry keeps enhancing the facilities and services on e-portal from time to time so as to constantly improve productivity and facilities to the stakeholders.
A total expenditure of Rs.154.13 crore has been spent under the MCA21 in the last three financial years 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12.
This information was given by the Minister of State in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Shri R.P.N. Singh in the Lok Sabha today in reply to a written question whether the Government proposes to increase the e-services in the MCA and the total budgetary allocation during the last three years.

E Governance portal expands company incorporation and regulation services with ongoing enhancements and allocated budget support. Implementation of the MCA21 e Governance portal established an integrated digital framework for company incorporation and regulation under the Companies Act, centralising filing and administrative processes through an online platform.
