NDRF dispatched four teams with additional units on standby; two teams came from Dehradun and two were diverted from Joshimath. ITBP and Army launched rescue operations, evacuated injured workers to military medical facilities, and continued search-and-rescue despite continuous snowfall and difficult high-altitude access, with partial rescues reported and further locating and extraction efforts ongoing.
