<h1>Breach of privilege: Unwarranted publicity of legislative business notices deemed improper and members directed to desist.</h1> Unwarranted publicity of notices concerning questions, Bills, resolutions and other matters of House business is characterised as breach of privilege. The Speaker has admonished members for publicising such notices ahead of the Budget Session, stating the practice contravenes parliamentary practice, usage, established convention and the prevalent rules of the House, and has directed members to desist from this practice.
