The company submitted an Expression of Interest at the Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025, attended by the Chief Minister. Brigade intends to establish its second World Trade Center in the state and expand with a residential project in Kochi and a luxury island resort at Vaikom, aiming for completion by 2030. Additionally, Brigade has signed an MoU with Technopark for a World Trade Center in Thiruvananthapuram and is expanding WTC Kochi at Infopark.
