<h1>Six Officials Charged for Illegal Land Allotment in Jammu Under Prevention of Corruption Act</h1> The Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has filed a case against six officials, including a former managing director of the J&K Cooperative Housing Corporation (JKCHC) and five revenue officials, for the illegal allotment of government land in Jammu. The investigation revealed that the JKCHC illegally acquired approximately 584 kanal of land, including state and grazing land, to establish a housing colony. The officials allegedly conspired to transfer land rights fraudulently, benefiting themselves and others. A case has been registered under relevant laws, including the Prevention of Corruption Act, and further investigation is underway.
