Build networks of development service providers for technology adoption, product development, marketing strategy and access to timely, affordable finance. Also propose developing tourism packages and infrastructure to boost local small businesses, implementing the Uttarakhand Organic policy for sustainable hill agriculture, and engaging expert associations to train farmers on seeds, certification and marketing.
