Despite this, the company's total income increased to Rs 5,742.76 crore from Rs 4,909.95 crore. The board re-appointed the Managing Director & CEO for another three years and appointed a new Senior Management Personnel. The company achieved a 17% revenue growth and an 8.4% EBITDA margin, with significant order inflows and an order book growth of 19% year-on-year. Net debt was reported at Rs 2,694 crore.
