The Rozgar Mela initiative, launched by the Prime Minister in 2022, has held 14 events in various cities, issuing numerous appointment letters across ministries and departments. The National Career Service project also supports employment through job fairs and digital services. The government prioritizes employment generation and infrastructure development to boost job opportunities. The Union Budgets 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 include initiatives for youth employment, skilling, and entrepreneurship, aiming to fill vacant posts efficiently.
